Check in from 3 PM at NH Amsterdam Noord (please tell us your arrival time in advance, and if you'd like a hand getting there).
At 7 PM, a relaxed welcome dinner at NDSM Werf — pure networking, no agenda.
The big day: from the hotel at 09:30, a private guided e-bike ride into Waterland along the North Holland Canal and through the flat polder villages. We stop at a working windmill and a cheese farm + clog-making workshop (with aged Gouda tasting), then a relaxed lunch on the Monnickendam waterfront, and ride back via the medieval Waterland villages to the hotel around 15:00.
Late afternoon: a private floating sauna + cold plunge.
Then a group networking dinner.
After breakfast we head across to Amsterdam Central for a guided paddle on the city canals — SUP board or canoe, your choice, beginner-friendly. Done by 12:00, and you can be at Schiphol by ~12:30, so book afternoon departures.
