Morning guided SUP across the canals (beginner-friendly start in a quiet canal). Lunch, then a private floating sauna + cold plunge on the water.

A guided e-bike day through Waterland, straight from the hotel. We ride the car-free dyke paths through Broek in Waterland and Monnickendam out to the former island of Marken, then load the bikes onto the Marken Express ferry and cross the Gouwzee to Volendam before riding back.

Back in Amsterdam by mid-afternoon for goodbyes.
